From challenges
to purpose

When Ruddy Rodríguez and her husband landed in the United States, they brought the same things as millions of immigrants:
a suitcase full of dreams and the determination to build a better future.

With hard work, they started as small business owners in local shops, eventually opening several points of sale in a mall.
Life seemed to be heading in the right direction… until the pandemic hit without warning.

In just a few weeks, the businesses closed, and everything they had built through years of sacrifice seemed to fall apart.

But for Ruddy, giving up was never an option.
In the middle of uncertainty, there was one idea that never stopped beating: serving the Latino community.

She had seen firsthand how many families faced problems not only because of lack of money, but because they didn’t understand how the system works in this country.
She knew there had to be a way to guide them, to make sure others wouldn’t have to go through the same distress.

The arrival to the world of insurance

That’s when she discovered the world of insurance. Every conversation she had with friends, neighbors, and acquaintances revealed the same thing: everyone was looking for clear, affordable plans with real benefits, but they didn’t know where to find them. Ruddy decided to research, compare, and knock on doors until she found companies that shared her vision.
And that’s how Con Tu Salud was born: not as just another agency, but as a project of service and purpose.

Today, with more than 25 state licenses and a growing team, Ruddy leads with the same passion she started with.
Her mission is to accompany Hispanic families every step of the way, helping them protect what matters most: their health, their well-being, and their future.

Con Tu Salud is not just a name it’s a promise to stand shoulder to shoulder, so that no family ever feels alone along the way.
